We’re Alex and Sean — partners in life, in work, and now in building Cubby.
As a mom and a systems builder, we came at this from two different worlds — but with the same goal: to make early childhood care better, more human, and more connected. This isn’t just another app built to check boxes or follow trends. Cubby came from real life — from the joys and worries of parenting, the challenges educators face every day, and the frustrations of clunky, outdated tools that make care harder instead of easier.
